As we are not a booking office, you should use the information on this website to research the options in the area, and contact the operator directly via phone or by using the online enquiry button located on the individual web pages. This means that you are dealing with the operator directly and not through a third party.
2. I would like to advertise on your website, what do I need to do?

3. I have decided to advertise on your website, what are the payment options that you accept?

4. I would like to list an event or festival on your website, how do I do that?
This is a free service that we offer. Click here to submit your festival or event.
5. There is some incorrect or out of date information on this website, what do I do?
We endeavour to be as comprehensive and up to date as possible. In most cases we rely on information providers and our customers to keep information up to date. If you have found something that is out of date, missing or incorrect then just let us know by submitting this form.
6. I would like to add a link to this website from my own website, how do I do that?

7. I have just submitted my details (eg. accommodation etc.) online and have paid with credit card, but I can not login and/or my link is not showing up on your website.
- Our systems experience a delay when new submissions are posted through our website. This may vary between a couple of minutes up to 24 hours at the most.
- User ids and passwords may take up to 6 hours (max.) to be processed, and web links normally take up to 1 hour.
- Listings (provided that you have paid with credit card) do appear immediately, however the related userid's, passwords and preferred URL's experience a delay (see above).
- If more than 24 hours has lapsed since your submission (credit card only) and your account is not setup, please contact us by filling out our online enquiry form.
- Listings not paid with credit card are not showing up immediately. Once payment has been received we activate your listing and related accounts.
8. Why do I need to fill in a form to ask a question?
To ensure that we answer your question as effectively as possible, we have pre-empted the categories for our online enquiry form. This allows us to direct the question to the right people, ensuring a prompt response. Our other contact details are listed here.
Giftcertificate - Information
1. I would like to purchase a gift certificate. How does it work?
Our gift certificates are accepted by a large number of operators in the greater Blue Mountains area. They are a great idea as a gift or to celebrate any occasion.
- The minimum amount for a gift certificate is $20 (AUD).

2. I would like to redeem a gift certificate. What do I need to do?
Our gift certificates are accepted by a large number of operators in the greater Blue Mountains area.

- Once you have found your operator of choice, simply contact them (making a booking in advance is recommended), state that you like to use a gift certificate as a (part) payment method and mention the gift certificate number.
- Please note that gift certificates can not be redeemed for cash and terms & conditions do apply. Please select carefully
3. I have a gift certificate with a total value of $100. Can I spend $50 with 1 participating operator and use the remainder at a different operator?
No, sorry. At this stage this is not possible. Our operators do not have the facility to split gift certificates, so please select carefully (note: some operators do offer a variety of services, i.e. accommodation & restaurant facilities)
4. I am a potential/existing customer and I am interested in joining the gift certificate program. What is involved?
- If you are an existing customer, you can use the client administration console (by using the login facility on this website) and select "yes" in the "accept our giftcertificates" field, located in the "manage content" section.
- If you are a new customer, why not sign up straight away (see our advertising page for more details), and you can start showcasing your business on this website. In the online submission forms you can state that you like to participate in the program and customers are made aware of that as soon as your listing is active on our website by showing this icon
on your web page.
- Please note: There is a 10% handling fee payable to Alacrity Business Solutions, upon successful redemption of a gift certificate (i.e. a customer presenting a $100 gift certificate to a participating operator will result in $90 being paid to the operator)
